We believe that a small group of students with similar standards are able to create a friendly competition between themselves. Over the years, students and parents have feedback that our group tuition is able to bring greater progress in their children than what was seen in their previous private tuition.

In Gavin’s Tuition, we believe that we teach our students differently and over the years our teaching techniques have gained considerable praises and recognition. Yet, we always insist to give each student a non-obligatory free trial to allow them to experience and see if the teaching techniques are suitable for them. We do not believe in taking in students who are not entirely convinced or comfortable with our teaching philosophy.

Our Centre is well-known for giving students topical tests or common tests to check their conceptual knowledge. Any students who do not meet the expectation set for a particular assessment will be advised directly and extra assistance will be given. As such, every students’ weakness is quickly identified and their progress can be tracked accordingly.

Once a student ourselves, we recognized the agony of trying to attend a tuition lesson even though we have something urgent going on since payment has already been made. Here, we try to sacrifice ourselves by going the extra miles to plan a monthly schedule that suits each student timetable. Even if a student is unable to attend a particular lesson with valid reason, we do not believe in taking payment too. All this flexibility serves to remove unnecessary stress in a student and hopefully they can have a comfortable and enjoyable lesson with us.
